When I say my life without exercising, I mean that it is not fun :( I had a surgery 3 weeks ago for my devated septum and it has been rough! I love to exercise, but right now I'm afraid of hitting my nose. It sounds silly, I know! Every time I accidentally bonk my nose, it starts hurting. Hopefully I will get the courage and strength to go at it again! (: I miss it! It is encouraging for me to read Numbers 24:8. I will put down here for all of you to read!
Numbers 24:8 New International Version (NIV)
“God brought them out of Egypt;
they have the strength of a wild ox.
They devour hostile nations
and break their bones in pieces;
with their arrows they pierce them.
This may seem a little extreme, but that's how I picture facing my fears of post surgery. It's not fun, but I can get through it with God's help. Even if I'm not in egypt (;
